Push your physical and mental limits in this rigorous and results-driven training program designed for elite athletes and highly dedicated individuals. This class goes beyond foundational fitness, focusing on advanced techniques and strategies to optimize athletic performance, enhance power, increase speed and agility, improve endurance, and minimize the risk of injury.

What to Expect:
  • Specialized Programming: Each session incorporates cutting-edge training methodologies tailored to the demands of high-level competition and peak physical conditioning.1 Expect dynamic and progressive workouts that challenge your body in new and demanding ways.
  • Advanced Strength and Power Development: Utilizing complex lifts, plyometrics, and sport-specific exercises to maximize explosive power, strength endurance, and overall athleticism.
  • Elite-Level Speed and Agility Training: Drills and techniques designed to improve reaction time, footwork, lateral movement, acceleration, and deceleration for enhanced on-field performance.
  • Strategic Endurance Conditioning: Incorporating advanced interval training, tempo runs, and sport-specific conditioning to build exceptional cardiovascular and muscular endurance for sustained high-intensity output.
  • Comprehensive Injury Prevention and Recovery Strategies: Emphasis on proper biomechanics, mobility and flexibility work, and recovery protocols to optimize joint health, prevent overuse injuries, and accelerate post-exertion recovery.

Prerequisites:
  • Ages 14+
  • Significant prior training experience and a high level of base fitness. At least 2 years of training
  • Proficiency in fundamental movement patterns and strength exercises.
  • A strong understanding of your body's capabilities and limitations.
  • A dedicated and disciplined approach to training.

Semi Private Athlete's Training
Experience the best of both worlds: the personalized attention of individual coaching combined with the motivating energy of a small group setting. Our expert trainers will guide you through challenging and effective workouts tailored to the specific needs and goals of you and a few other like-minded individuals (typically 2-4 participants).

Who is Semi-Private Training for? This training option is ideal for individuals who:
  • Ages 14+
  • Prefer a more personalized approach in a small group environment.
  • Need specific programming for an injury or goal. 
  • Enjoy the camaraderie and motivation of working out with others.
  • Are looking for expert guidance and technique correction.
  • ​Are ready to take their fitness to the next level with focused attention and a supportive community.
What to expect:
  • Individualized Programming within a Group: While you'll be working alongside others, your trainer will design and modify exercises to align with your fitness level, goals, and any specific considerations (e.g., injuries, limitations).
  • Expert Guidance and Technique Correction: Receive focused instruction and real-time feedback on your form to maximize results and minimize the risk of injury. Our trainers provide the accountability and expertise you need to push your limits safely and effectively.
  • Motivating and Supportive Environment: Train alongside a small, supportive community that will encourage you, challenge you, and make your workouts more enjoyable. Share the energy and camaraderie of achieving your fitness goals together.
  • Short on Time? We offer both 30 minute and 60 minute training sessions.
