Youth Athlete's Training Options

Athlete's Performance Training 
Prepare to move and work your body from head to toe. Our Athlete's Performance group is a great place to start or advance your training. Proper movement and technique is foundational for all Athlete's and that is a main emphasis of this group. 

                                                            
  • Ages : 9-14
  • Intensity: Beginner to Intermediate
  • Coach to Athlete: 1-12
  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday will focus on total body strength & power
  • Tuesday & Thursday will focus on Speed, Agility & Quickness
  • General Testing & Measurement to Track Progress 
What to Expect:
  • Fundamental Movement Skills: We'll focus on mastering proper techniques for running, jumping, landing, throwing, and catching, which are crucial for injury prevention and athletic development across all sports.
  • Strength & Power Development: Age-appropriate exercises using bodyweight, resistance bands, and light weights will help build strength, power, and explosiveness.
  • Agility & Coordination: Fun and challenging drills will improve footwork, balance, reaction time, and overall body control.
  • Speed & Endurance: We'll incorporate activities to enhance speed, agility, and cardiovascular fitness, vital for sustained performance.
  • Injury Prevention: Our certified coaches emphasize proper form and technique to minimize the risk of sports-related injuries.
  • Teamwork & Sportsmanship: We create a positive and supportive environment where athletes learn to work together, encourage each other, and develop valuable life skills.
  • Fun & Engaging Workouts: We believe that fitness should be enjoyable! Our sessions are designed to be motivating and keep young athletes engaged and excited to participate.​​

Semi Private Athlete's Training
​Experience the best of both worlds: the personalized attention of individual coaching combined with the motivating energy of a small group setting. Our expert trainers will guide you through challenging and effective workouts tailored to the specific needs and goals of you and a few other like-minded individuals (typically 2-4 participants).

What to expect:
  • Individualized Programming within a Group: While you'll be working alongside others, your trainer will design and modify exercises to align with your fitness level, goals, and any specific considerations (e.g., injuries, limitations).
  • Expert Guidance and Technique Correction: Receive focused instruction and real-time feedback on your form to maximize results and minimize the risk of injury. Our trainers provide the accountability and expertise you need to push your limits safely and effectively.
  • Motivating and Supportive Environment: Train alongside a small, supportive community that will encourage you, challenge you, and make your workouts more enjoyable. Share the energy and camaraderie of achieving your fitness goals together.
  • Short on Time? We offer both 30 minute and 60 minute training sessions.

Who is Semi-Private Training for? This training option is ideal for individuals who:
  • Ages 14+
  • Prefer a more personalized approach in a small group environment.
  • Need specific programming for an injury or goal. 
  • Enjoy the camaraderie and motivation of working out with others.
  • Are looking for expert guidance and technique correction.
  • ​Are ready to take their fitness to the next level with focused attention and a supportive community.
