Athlete Development is for the athlete or student who is looking for group training that focuses on a athleticism & fitness fundamentals. The training program instills work ethic and discipline to create an active lifestyle for overall health and well being. 
  • Ages: 10-18
  • Intensity: Based on ability. Each exercise has a three tiered threshold. 
    • ​Level 1- Basic
    • Level 2 - Moderate
    • Level 3 - Advanced
  • Coach to Athlete: 1-8
  • Testing & Measurement to track progress
  • We will focus on fundamental  and variable Strength, Power, Proper Technique & more
  • Proper Core Training to Convert Strength & Power into Explosive Whole Body Movements
  • Every day we will train Speed, Agility & Quickness. We will focus on Linear speed as well as multi-directional movement speed. 
  • Fun, safe and competitive environment

Semi-Private is offered for those athletes or students, who are looking for a more customized option for their sport, goals or needs. 
  • Ages: 13-18
  • Intensity: Modified and selected based upon clients ability & objectives
  • Coach to Athlete: 1-4
  • Class times are user selected Monday-Saturday 
  • Great choice for those who are looking to improve specific athletic abilities and improve athleticism 
  • The best option when training with previous injuries

 If your team could use a professional Strength and Conditioning Coach, we'd love to meet and discuss options on designing a program for your teams' needs. In addition to an elite training program, we emphasize team building and character development. These are often overlooked, but are vital into individual and ultimate team success. 
  • Ages 10-18
  • Intensity: Modified and selected based upon team's ability & objectives
  • Coach to Athlete 1:15
  • Class times are agreed upon between the team and coach (Monday-Saturday)
  • Perfect option for addressing team and sport specific needs 
  • Will travel and perform outdoor workouts at your team's practice field or gym  
  • Cost effective
