Our adult performance training programs meet you where you are and coaches you to where you want to be. Whether your goal is to improve health measures, overcome that nagging injury or you're looking to boost your fitness and athleticism, we have a training program for you. Semi-Private

Semi Private Training is a customized training plan, for the individual needs of the client, in a small group setting. We now offer 30 minute & 60 minute sessions. 
  • Ages: 14 +
  • Intensity: Modified and selected based upon clients ability & objectives
  • Coach to Athlete : 1-4
  • Class times are spread out over the day and selected by the client Monday-Friday 
  • Great choice for rehabbing injuries, improving health measures and ​goal specific training​
  • Nutritional advice and strategies​​

Programming 

Programming is a service we use to deliver workouts to you remotely. We design at home training to either compliment what you are currently doing or as a standalone training program on it's own.  Use your computer or smart device to access your training plan with all of the programming details, video instruction, exercise notes and more.   Programming is great for:
  • Those who want a personally designed program for their goals and abilities
  • Busy schedules
  • Traveling 
  • Home gym
  • Individual Mobility and Restoration Programs
  • Cost effective option
  • Supplement to your current training plan
