Our adult performance training programs meet you where you are and coaches you to where you want to be. Whether your goal is to improve health measures, overcome that nagging injury or you're looking to boost your fitness and athleticism, we have a training program for you. Let us help you get started or continue on your journey.You don't get a protocol that is a one size fits all approach!   • Intensity: Moderate to High
  • Coach to Athlete: 1-10
  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday will focus on total body strength & power
  • Tuesday & Thursday will focus on Metabolic Conditioning 
  • Great choice for improving movement strength, vitality & overall health

Semi-Private



Semi-Private Training is a customized training plan, for the individual needs   of the client, in a small group setting.
  • Ages: 18 +
  • Intensity: Modified and selected based upon clients ability & objectives
  • Coach to Athlete : 1-4
  • Class times are spread out over the day and selected by the client Monday-Saturday 
  • Great choice for rehabbing injuries, improving health measures and ​goal specific training
  • Complimentary Access to MoVE App with individual exercises and programs
  • Discounted 3D MAPS Assessment
  • Nutritional advice and strategies

1/Week - 4 Monthly 
​2/Week - 8 Monthly
3/Week - 12 Monthly
4/Week - 16 Monthly
